John was able to provide advice and detailed information over the phone prior to providing a quote (which was very reasonably priced) and the team did a fantastic job of installing a new water pump for us at our rural property. Oxy Plumbing was professional, friendly, they communicated well and left the site tidy. I will be recommending Oxy Plumbing to all my neighbours.

John was very professional and prompt in replacing our bathroom taps. His communication was excellent prior to attending our property and was on time!! He took the time to explain the fittings and also cleaned our drains without being asked for no extra charge. We will definitely contact OP for future plumbing jobs!
